Absolutely amazing place, very quite and very close to everything in the downtown area. We loved our stay there. There was other couples in the other places there, but you would have never know. We spent a alot of time on the patio enjoying the quite.Would definitely stay again.

  • Nice visit

We enjoyed our visit. There were 2 things that could and should be improved on. First the fridge. We are assuming you had a full size fridge from the photos we saw and something went wrong with it and this was just a temporary fix, hopefully. It does not keep food cold and makes for many trips to the grocery.Second, the walkway is charming but not practical in anyway when you are carrying luggage! The people that stayed behind us also commented on not being able to roll in their luggage.Aside for those 2 things, we would stay there again when in the area.

  • My stay

We have used VBRO for 20+ years and compared to sl our previous experiences the Class of place was a little questionable it was cold in hot Springs when we were there and the main heat system was a window mounted heat pump and it was noisy Each room needed to have a heater in it the kitchen was well equipped the frig was very small ad the little freezer had never been defrosted Avery tight parking arrangement and a walk to carry our luggage and our boxed belongings Overall not great but ok for our stay

  • Nice location and property

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the property met our expectations, with a few major exceptions. The photos of the property included a full-size side-by-side refrigerator, imagine our surprise to arrive to a dormitory size mini-fridge. We called the contact person and their reply was, “no one else has complained.” The TV is a nice smart TV, but there is no cable or even local antenna TV. You can use streaming services, if you have access to your own. The microwave popped the circuit breaker a couple of times, and we found the electrical box outside, and reset the breaker. The property has 5 small houses, but we were the only guests at any of the houses, so, enjoyed a very quiet relaxing vacation. The property is about 5 minutes from Bathhouse row, and we enjoyed a couple of visits to the baths, as well as, hiking in the national park, and in nearby state parks.
